2nd Jewel of Buddhism

Taking refuge in the Dharma

This is an introductory course to Mindful Meditation Practices and Silnece. In a form of an "Island Tour", the group visits several of the amazing locations of the Big Island. Provided transportation to each site, a guide, drinks and snacks and accessories (blankets, pillows, chairs, hammocks, etc.) Almost everywhere, there will be opportunities to have a live and personalized (to the group) Dharma Talk. These talks are optional and are at the request of the participants. Once the group had enough, we head out for the next discovery.
